Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with over 27 years of experience founding and leading innovative ventures in software, hardware, and technology. As the co-founder of Varkain, a boutique venture firm, Nick drives strategic investments and supports portfolio companies to achieve transformative growth. Currently, he serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Databuoy Corporation, where he has been a board member since 2015.
Nick’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding Load.com, where he spearheaded operations, raised capital, and forged strategic partnerships with industry giants like the NFL, Universal Music Group, and Mandalay Resort Group. His leadership extends to roles such as Chief Executive Officer at JRNL Inc., Chief Revenue Officer at LA.com and Vegas.com, and founder of Company InSite.
Nick attended the United States Air Force Academy, where he contributed to the football team and earned the Commandant’s Award for his leadership in cadet activities. He completed his education with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
